This one-block development located in downtown Toronto is composed of a medium-rise building, a six story loft building and town homes that surround a mid-block, private landscaped courtyard. Centred in the courtyard is a dramatic water feature where water falls from an upper pool to a lower pool. A large terrace and lawn surround this feature affording room and flexibility for the condominium residents to gather. Walkways link the more public portions with the private ground floor terraces. Metal fencing links the built form, pedestrian access and the landscape. Components of these became a public art work designed by artist John McKinnon.
