Junior Landscape Architect/Project Manager, Full-time

Conveniently located in the historic St. Lawrence Market neighbourhood in downtown Toronto within walking distance to Union Station. Join an elite team of experts dedicated to providing a full range of consulting services in Landscape Architecture, Urban Design and Site Planning. The firm has a proven track record for the design and implementation of large-scale projects, both nationally and internationally.

The candidate must have an appreciation of large scale urban projects including an understanding of construction, associated details and an ability to understand and coordinate with colleagues.

Also, the candidate must demonstrate strong skills in time management, coordination and communication of work with colleagues, and the ability to problem solve.

General Roles & Responsibilities:
Assume management of CAD drawings
Assume responsibility for reviewing comments and revising all drawings and documents to suit
Assume responsibility for ensuring drawings and documents are issued in a timely manner and that all deadlines are met
Submit time sheets accurately and on time, accountability for billing
Share and File project information to facilitate coordination and accountability

Qualifications

Bachelor of Landscape Architecture or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of design & construction drawing experience
Strong design and management skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Ability to develop management and organizational skills required to undertake multiple projects or facets or various projects
Proficient in AutoCAD 2020/2021 and Excel

Salary is commensurate with experience
