Now completed and part of Minto’s Westside community at the intersection of Bathurst and Front Streets in downtown Toronto, WestSide consists of a 19-storey condominium tower and a 17-storey rental building. The driving factor behind the design of each space was that the outdoor amenity terraces be diverse and plentiful in their options. The result is amenity terraces that include rooftop pools, multiple lounge spaces, a bar, fireplace, water features and a yoga/meditation area. Full landscape architectural services were provided from concept design through approvals to construction implementation.
