A proposed three-tower condominium development in located in Scarborough, designed by Quadrangle for KingSett Capital.  Ferris + Associates have designed a public park meant to connect with a privately-owned public space (POPS) that will read as an extension of the public park and provide much needed publicly accessible open space to an area that is transforming into an emerging hub of density.  The generous roof amenity is designed as an elevated oasis, using a layered forest concept to enclose spaces for outdoor social gatherings, children’s play, and yoga.
