The Landscape Design for this urban condominium was focused on the integration with the adjacent property as well as the design of the main level amenity area, that included a linear water feature, dining and a movable wood wall allowing for occasional service vehicles. The Design of the third level roof amenity area creates isolated seating areas with a unique approach to planting integrated into the paving for this passive amenity space while an extensive green roof plan was developed. A close working relationship with Hauser resulted in a furniture palette that works in unison with the landscape design.  Full landscape architectural services were provided from concept/design to construction.
