KingSett Capital is set to offer a refreshed design that more effectively uses the corner of Bloor Street West and The East Mall. Replacing the current office complex configuration, this new residential and retail complex will introduce a landscaped forecourt POPs space on the west, and an urban public park, to the east, with a new private road running through the middle to serve the existing and proposed community. Four residential towers will allow for podium level private amenity terraces for new residents, complete with lounge spaces, play spaces and planting. Ferris + Associates are working with the development team and City to create a new landscape fabric to fit the rejuvenation of the site for the benefit of the existing and future communities of the area.
