Emerald City, situated in the heart of North York, is identified as a prime location for this multi-tower residential development on Sheppard Avenue at Don Mills Road. Ferris + Associates have been involved with the various phases of this master planned community providing a full scope of services for three phases of the project, two phases of three towers each and one phase of one tower and town houses. Our work has included ground floor public spaces, entry courtyards, amenity terrace designs and the streetscape development for both existing and proposed streets, as well as an extensive approvals process for each phase.
