The Landscape Design for this multi-phased urban development of condominium towers and hotel redevelopment site has been focused on the integration of the buildings and public spaces with the surrounding community creating pedestrian focused, publicly accessible spaces. This has been achieved through the development of the main entrance forecourt being designated as POPS compliant and by providing a publicly accessible linear park system that wraps around the perimeter of the site on the ground floor and a peaceful amenity terrace with lounge areas on the 7th Level. Full landscape architectural services have been provided from concept design through approvals and to construction implementation.
