The lively uptown location provided this development the opportunity to introduce upscale high rise style residences to the neighbourhood. The ground level courtyard acts as a public open space connecting both pedestrian frontages at Yonge street and Cowbell Lane while providing a break-out/ meeting space adjacent to the tower lobbies and grade related retail. The court yard was designed with the concept of Home and was delivered complete with potted plants and couches but on a grand scale.  Roof amenities included outdoor fireplaces and green roof areas.
