The Hazelton on Yorkville is a Five Star, boutique hotel which includes a celebrated restaurant by Mark McEwan. Ferris + Associates were fortunate to work with Page + Steele Architects, Yabu Pushelberg and Mr. McEwan to successfully provide an arrival sequence for both pedestrians and vehicles, a shopping experience in keeping with an upscale neighbourhood, and an expansive and exuberant outdoor restaurant terrace that is permanently featured during the Toronto International Film Festival. A close working relationship was established between the interior designers in order to extend the indoor experience to the outside.
