Located in Mimico’s burgeoning waterfront neighbourhood, The Village at Westlake is the first of its kind for the immediate area. It consists of three towers that are a mix of retail and residential. Each is outfitted with amenity terraces that take advantage of the site’s proximity to the Mimico Creek greenway and lakefront promenade park system. The terraces were designed to provide a variety of experiences using shade structures, lounge areas, and a putting green.
